Meet Our Pastor
PASTOR LORENZO GLENN
Pastor Lorenzo Glenn, a native of Akron, Ohio, has led Macedonia Baptist Church since 1988 with passion, dedication, and a heart for community. Married to his middle school sweetheart, Debra D. Jones Glenn, for over 43 years, they have raised two daughters, Candice and Diamond, both graduates of the University of Akron.
Pastor Glenn is a graduate of the Moody Bible Institute and has served as a chaplain for the Akron Police Department. He has also founded the Tuesday Noonday Lunch Program, initiated the Gospel singing group The Ultimate Choice, and is a respected revivalist, keynote speaker, and spiritual community organizer. His mission aligns deeply with Macedonia Baptist Church’s purpose, inspiring all to live out the Gospel in their everyday lives.
