Worship Ministry
Our Worship Ministry is dedicated to leading the congregation in authentic worship experiences that glorify God and inspire the heart. Through music, prayer, and the sharing of God’s Word, this ministry helps set the atmosphere for every service, encouraging us to draw closer to God. We welcome anyone with a heart for worship to join, whether by singing in the choir, playing an instrument, or assisting with service production.
Youth & Children’s Ministry
Our Youth and Children’s Ministry provides a nurturing, engaging environment where young people can learn about God and build a strong foundation of faith. Through Bible-based lessons, fun activities, and fellowship, we aim to teach our children and teens the values of kindness, courage, and integrity. We offer age-appropriate programs, Sunday school classes, and events that encourage spiritual growth and friendship.
Women’s Ministry
The Women’s Ministry at Macedonia Baptist Church empowers women of all ages to grow in their faith, build strong relationships, and support one another. We host Bible studies, prayer meetings, workshops, and social gatherings designed to foster spiritual and personal growth. This is a safe space for women to connect, share, and uplift each other as they navigate life’s challenges and celebrate God’s blessings.
Men’s Ministry
Our Men’s Ministry is committed to building a community of men who support each other in their walk with Christ. Through regular fellowship gatherings, Bible studies, service projects, and group activities, we seek to strengthen our bonds as brothers in Christ and encourage each other to live lives of integrity, courage, and faith.
Community Outreach Programs
Macedonia Baptist Church is dedicated to being a positive force in our local community. Our outreach efforts include two impactful programs:
- Tuesday Noonday Lunch Program: A weekly gathering that provides hot meals, fellowship, and support for those in need. This program offers not only nourishment but also a warm, welcoming space for people to come together and connect.
- Learning How to Live Again: A specialized program offering chemical dependency prevention and counseling, focused on helping individuals find hope and recovery through faith. This ministry supports individuals struggling with addiction, guiding them on a path of healing and spiritual renewal.
Music Ministry – The Ultimate Choice Gospel Group
Founded by Pastor Lorenzo Glenn, The Ultimate Choice is a gospel singing group that brings joy and inspiration through the power of music. This group performs at various services and events, sharing the message of God’s love through song. Members of all ages who have a passion for gospel music are welcome to join and use their voices to uplift and inspire.
Bible Study & Discipleship
Deepening our understanding of God’s Word is central to our faith. Our Bible Study and Discipleship groups provide a setting where individuals can explore Scripture, ask questions, and learn in community. We host weekly Bible studies, small group sessions, and discipleship classes to encourage personal spiritual growth and a deeper connection with God.
